Architecture Decoding: From Rules to Architecture
About the exhibition
This exhibition, titled “Architecture as the Spatial Translation of Cultural Rules,” investigates how architecture can emerge from underlying rule-based structures embedded in cultural and artistic systems. Rather than beginning with form or function, the project focuses on the narrative logics and generative mechanisms found in media such as painting, literature, mythology, and traditional patterns.
Through processes of extraction, reconfiguration, and translation, architecture is understood not as a static object, but as a dynamic system of generation. Space becomes a carrier of cultural structure, continuously constructed and redefined through organization, sequence, and experience.
